Operation Smile brought many smiles this year with a very successful NYC fundraiser topping in at 2.2 million dollars. The organization's volunteers repair childhood facial deformities while building public and private partnerships that advocate for sustainable healthcare systems for children and families. Bill Magee, pictured above with Summer Rayne, Shawn, and Mariah, works tirelessly to build a network here in NY in order to bring the benefits to thousands of children across the world. One trip, which may aid hundreds of children at a time, costs a total of $150,000. From the stories that Bill and others passionately tell, it is well worth the trip....It's amazing what joy a simple smile can bring.
